No.  Although our support agents consist of primarily Nevada IT support agents, you do not have to reside in Nevada nor own a business in Nevada to take advantage of the services provided by Nevada Help Desk.com.

The BASE cost for each service depends on WHICH type of support agent will be resolving your ticket request, and the type of work being requested.

No.  All payments are made payable to Nevada Help Desk.   The Nevada Help Desk is responsible for paying the agent after the work has been completed.

A digital estimate will be provided to you BEFORE any work is performed. Once you click the “ACCEPT” button in the Digital Estimate, then you will receive an invoice for 100% of the estimated project cost to begin work. Nevada Help Desk will “HOLD” funds until the project is complete before paying the support agent.

We give a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all work requests that are cancelled within 24 hours of support ticket submission. Refund requests submitted after 24 hours will reflect a time prorated adjustment up to 96 hours of submission. There will be NO REFUNDS given after 96 hours of ticket submission *UNLESS* the support agent did not fulfill the terms of the work request. In that case, there will be a 100% refund given.   Please note that PROJECT ADMIN fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

If our student agents completed a work request, but it is unsatisfactory to the customer, there will be rework done (up to 3 times) at no additional cost.  If the customer is still is not satisfied with the work performed, there will be a 50% refund given to customer.

Yes, after the student agent has completed a minimum of 480 hours on a project with your company.  At that time, if you choose to hire the student agent, they would become your employee instead of the Nevada Help Desk.

For a fraction of the cost of industry standard fees for technology services, you will pay less for work requests (support tickets) submitted through our online portal.  The turnaround time and costs will vary depending on the type of agent support service you select.
