CMMC Cybersecurity Registered Practitioner
Join our team as a CMMC Cybersecurity Registered Practitioner supporting Department of Defense contractors in achieving and maintaining CMMC compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct CMMC readiness assessments for defense contractors
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies aligned with NIST 800-171 and CMMC frameworks
- Guide organizations through the CMMC certification process
- Perform gap analyses and create remediation plans
- Deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs
- Monitor and evaluate security controls for compliance
- Prepare documentation for CMMC Level 1–3 assessments
Qualifications
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Knowledge of NIST 800-171, CMMC 2.0, and DFARS requirements
- Experience with security frameworks and risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to obtain or hold a security clearance preferred
AI Computer User Support Specialist (Help Desk)
Provide exceptional IT support leveraging AI-powered tools and diagnostics to resolve technical issues for end users across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Utilize AI-driven diagnostic tools to accelerate issue resolution
- Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
- Assist with user account management and access provisioning

Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common enterprise applications
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
